June 2002 - Millennium Insurance Group is pleased to announce a new partnership with Trident Insurance Services, a wholly owned subsidiary of Argonaut Insurance Group, Inc. Effective immediately, independent insurance agents of Alabama, North Carolina, and South Carolina will be able to submit applications to Millennium on cities and towns with less than 25,000 in population and counties less than 100,000 in population. This program has strict underwriting guidelines and requires completed applications, acord schedules, five years currently valued loss runs and any appropriate completed supplemental application(s).

Argonaut Group has superior financial strength with assets of $1.8 billion, no debt, and financial strength of its subsidiary rated "A" excellence by A.M. Best. Acceptable accounts will receive a quote through an Argonaut Member Company, Argonaut Great Central Insurance Company. Argonaut has an A.M. Best rating of "A-" (Excellent).
